How fast can I have my new website?
PLANet Systems Group is able to present a basic graphic design mock up of your new website using standard functionalities/modules within 36 hours.
How does the integration work?
The following is a quick sample overview of the process for integration of our CMS solution:
- Determine what features and functionalities are needed on the website
- Map your existing website
- Establish a site policy for format, layout, and overall design
- Define user groups and security
- Design, build and install the CMS solution and upload "starter" content (could be text, pictures etc. from your current website)
- Present system with "starter" content
- Make necessary changes to system and workflow
- Train staff on using the system, including content contributors, approvers, and Website
- Load the system with real content
- Go live
- Hold feedback improvement sessions with key team members
Is the site administration secure?
The administration of your website is totally secure. You have a unique login and password that is required to administer your site. If you ever need your login name or password changed, simply call us.
Can we use our current domain name for the new dynamic website?
Yes, you can use PLANet Spirit CMS Content Management System with any valid domain name.
Where is my site going to be hosted?
All our clients' sites are hosted on high-bandwidth dedicated Web servers located within the Blue Ridge Internetworks, Charlottesville, Virginia, USA. These machines are solely used for hosting PLANet Systems Group's CMS solutions managed sites, so you can be assured that no other applications or other interference will hamper the use of your site.
Do I always have to log on from the same computer?
No. As long as you know your login name and password you can make your changes from any computer with an Internet connection from any place in the world.
